RadSEQ to assess behavior ecology genomics for pumas on the Uncompahgre Plateau of Colorado


September 2012 - December 2018


This study is part of a collaborative effort with Colorado Department of Natural Resources and ties in with a 10-year study they area also performing on the same population to collect long term ecological data which we will compare with our genomic data.
