Linking Conservation Actions: A Risk Assessment Framework for Defining Scientifically Defensible Recovery Goals for Listed Species - 2009

Duration

September 2009 - September 2010

Narrative

We will develop analytical approaches to quantify overall uncertainty and partition the uncertainty into contributions from each component including parameter estimation error, error due to model structure, and the links between environmental conditions, human perturbations (such as management or training actions) and parameters of population growth models. These analyses will include both the development of new statistical methodologies and the extension of previous models and analyses.
