Biography

I am originally from Pennsylvania and that is the place where I first learned that I had a passion for all things wildlife. When I was 25 I decided to study wildlife biology at The University of Montana. Since that time I have conducted research on snowshoe hares, swift foxes, gray wolves, mountain lions, and black bears.

Research Interests

carnivore ecology, behavioral ecology, noninvasive sampling, effects of management actions on wildlife populations

Teaching Interests

I plan to teach graduate courses in Wildlife Conservation and Management and Science Communication.
