Partnership between BLM and USU to study the relocation of beavers to the San Rafael River, to potentially monopolize on already established beaver dam analogs and to study the re-colonization process, and identify the most effective (in terms of restoration and cost) combinations of passive restoration techniques and beaver re-introdcution strategies.
